It is not easy to begin our mental health journey and sometimes the concept of getting help can seem daunting and scary. The landscape of mental health and behavioral therapy has changed so much in the past 4 years, and with increased resources and digital technologies, starting that journey has never been more attainable. The only way for us to begin this journey, however, is to take the first step. On this episode, the first of 2021, we talk about how we can take this first step and embark on a journey that will change our life.
